PLAYER REPORTS
Privacy & report policy.
Updated November 4, 2026.
What you submit
Reports include the casino, game, format, minimum, observation time, and optional notes and display name. No email address or account is required. Submit only your own observations. Do not include personal details about other people, employee names, private offers, or abusive material.
What becomes public
Approved observations display those report details publicly. “Player reported” means a player submitted it; it does not mean ACAR independently verified it. Reports may be rejected or removed. Corrections are reviewed privately and can result in the original report being removed.
Video poker observations
Video poker reports also include coin denominations, paytable labels, floor locations, and confirmations or changes to existing listings. Submissions remain private until reviewed. Accepted information may be incorporated into a public offering, with an observation date and a public evidence description. An accepted report is not automatically independently verified. We retain prior listing revisions privately for correction history. Do not submit personal details in evidence notes.
Blackjack observations
Blackjack reports may include table minimums and maximums, separately dated observations at other times, floor locations, table formats, rules, and closure or change reports. Approved observations may update the public guide. A new limit observation does not automatically confirm existing rules. Rule observations retain their own dates, and prior configurations remain in private editorial history.
How information is used
ACAR uses submissions to maintain its casino guide and may summarize approved observations in its reporting. A single report does not automatically establish a typical minimum. Submit only if you are 21 or older and agree to this use.
Reports and security
We store submitted reports for editorial review and publication until removed during editorial maintenance. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and temporary security records to prevent spam and limit abusive submissions. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice.
ACAR does not store raw IP addresses with reports. Hosting and security providers may process connection data under their own privacy policies.
Anonymous usage measurement
We count page views, casino and game choices, and report-form openings to improve ACAR. We keep daily totals by page, action and broad referral category for up to one year. We do not use analytics cookies, visitor IDs, advertising pixels, or store search terms, report text, raw IP addresses or full referring URLs in these totals. Temporary security records help limit automated abuse. Measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Counts may include repeat visits and are not a count of unique people.
Your device
Saved casinos are stored in your browser on this device. Clear your browser’s site data to remove them.
Corrections and removal
Use “Flag a correction” on a published report to request review, including removal. For other concerns, reach ACAR through the community links on the homepage. Do not send sensitive information in a public report.
External services
Directions, casino sources, and other external links take you to websites with their own privacy policies.
Optional photo evidence
Where photo submission is enabled, an optional image is resized and sent privately to ACAR by email to help review a paytable or table-limit report. Photos are not published automatically and are not kept in the site’s reporting database. The email delivery service and inbox provider may process and retain copies under their own policies. ACAR uses the image to refine its guide and may delete the email after review. Do not include faces, personal information, player cards or private offers.
